Industrial Sale Announcement

Ben Hill County, Georgia – Art Barry III, SIOR, Partner and Associate Broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Eberhardt & Barry closed the sale of a 210,000 square foot rail distribution/warehouse facility located at 176 Rip Wiley Road in Fitzgerald, Georgia. Originally, the ten year old metal structure was built to warehouse canning components for Miller Beer. The property is located on 17.34 acres and was previously owned by Interstate Warehouse Services of Albany, Georgia.

Barry brokered the multi-million dollar sale to FPC Southern Properties, Inc. for their use as a facility for production and distribution of bonded grade paper and paper products. The purchaser, based in Appleton, Wisconsin, will provide up to fifty jobs within the facility in upcoming years. Arthur P. Barry III represented both parties in this transaction.
