Macon, Georgia – Art Barry, III of Coldwell Banker Commercial Eberhardt & Barry, Inc. of Macon, Georgia represented Coliseum Drive, LLP in the sale of a professional office building located at 535 Coliseum Drive in Macon. Regency Hospital Company, LLC purchased the 17,000 square foot professional office building on 3 acres for 2 million dollars.

The Purchaser intends to construct, on the vacant land, a new 35,000 square foot long term 2-story acute care hospital with 60 beds. The existing 17,000 square foot 3-story office building will be renovated so that the upper stories will contain administrative offices and the ground level will house the food services area. Renovation and construction is expected to begin in the spring of 2008.
