2000 White Elk Springs Court Facility

Macon, Georgia – Art Barry III, Partner and Associate Broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Eberhardt & Barry closed the sale of 2000 White Elk Springs Court facility in Macon, Bibb County, Georgia on January 31, 2008.

This distribution facility, located adjacent to the Texprint and former Brown & Williamson Tobacco Manufacturing Complex, contains 192,400 square feet of warehouse space on 13.5 acres.

The total purchase price was $1,450,000.

The future use will be for institutional leasing of the presently vacant air conditioned warehouse and distribution space. Art Barry, III will be the Exclusive Agent for the property management and leasing.
