B.F. Goodrich Manufacturing Facility

On June 20, 2008, Art Barry III, SIOR, Partner and Associate Broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Eberhardt & Barry brokered the sale of the former B. F. Goodrich Manufacturing facility at 325 Goodrich Avenue, Thomaston, Georgia from WesTek Georgia LLC to a Virginia based investment group.

Victor Forstmann Woolens Facility

Dublin, Georgia – Art Barry III, SIOR, Partner and Associate Broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Eberhardt & Barry sold the Victor Forstmann Woolens Manufacturing facility at 161 Nathaniel Drive, East Dublin, Georgia to a California based investment group.
